    Conditions of Sale

    1. All Claims must be made within seven (7) days of the receipt of invoice.
    2. No deductions or adjustments are permitted without the approval of the seller, Ziegler Bolt & Nut.
    3. Returns of material can only be made provided:
      1. Returns are authorized by the seller.
      2. Material is unaltered (unplated, etc.)
      3. Material is in its original containers.
    4. In no case shall our company be responsible for any claims in excess of the amount of the invoice.
    5. Seller shall not be liable for its inability to make timely delivery due to acts of God, strikes, non-receipt of merchandise from suppliers, or any other cause beyond its control
    6. Payment terms are as specified on the face of the invoice. Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month (annual percentage rate of 24%)

    Items bearing a ZBN Mark

    1. All items bearing a “ZBN” mark have had alterations made to the product.
    2. Significant alterations as interpreted under “The Fastener Quality Act” are assigned new lot numbers.
    3. All other alterations retain the manufacturer’s lot number.
    4. An alteration may affect the manufacturer’s original specifications.
    5. Customer and end users shall be responsible to inspect, test, and ensure a “ZBN” marked product meets an application’s requirements/specifications
    6. No guarantee or warranty as to a manufacturer’s specifications or a product’s suitability for a particular use by an end user is provided
    7. No additional testing is performed after alteration, unless ordered.
